Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction and pet wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why PawWhite™ offers a simple, transparent, and customer-friendly return policy, fully compliant with European consumer protection standards.

Return period
You can request a return or refund within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. After this period, we may no longer be able to process refund requests.

Return conditions
For hygienic and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
We only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including intact packaging and seal.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. A photo or short video may be requested as proof.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the received item is incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant with the order. In such cases, PawWhite™ will cover all related costs or send a free replacement.

Refunds
Once your request has been approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive a PawWhite™ store credit to use for a future purchase.

Exceptions
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • items that have been opened or used;

  • promotional or bundle products;

  • requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

How to request a return or refund
To start a return or refund request, please contact us at team@pawwhite.com, including:

  • your order number,

  • the reason for your request,

  • and, if applicable, a photo or short video of the item.

Our support team will reply within 24 business hours with clear instructions on how to proceed.
